PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical disc type winding around transmission device to be rapidly regulatable through simple structure. SOLUTION: At least one conical disc pair of two conical disc pairs 12 and 14 is provided with a conical disc 12 firmly coupled to a shaft and a conical disc 14 axially movable along a shaft. To move the movable conical disc, a pressurizing chamber 32 and a first regulation chamber 34 are arranged. A third chamber 36 adjacent to a pressurizing piston and a regulation piston is arranged between the pressurizing chamber and the first regulation chamber. A third chamber is formed as a second regulation chamber having an inherent hydraulic connection part. This constitution exerts the pressure load of the first regulation chamber reversely to the pressure load of the second regulation chamber.
