PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize abrasion and damage of the shaft end surface and the bearing surface in either case of low rotation time such as start time and high rotation time such as steady operation time in a dynamic pressure fluid thrust bearing used for a bearing of a rotary body such as a small motor and a VTR cylinder for FDD and HDD, for example. SOLUTION: A large number of small holes 2c permeating a lubricant are dispersively and scatteringly arranged on the bearing surface 2a of a thrust bearing plate 2. For example, a powdery metallurgical material having porosity not more than 15% is used as this thrust bearing plate. A mixed lubricant mixed with conductive superfine powder in the lubricant is used as an operating fluid.
