PURPOSE: A traveling vibration damping system of constructive heavy equipments is provided to diminish the vibration of the front and rearward and also to absorb the shock. CONSTITUTION: A driving vibration diminishing system comprises:installing a system control valve(1) having an accumulator(2) in an influx circuit to connect a boom cylinder(4) to a main control valve(3) of a constructive heavy equipment; a pressure reduction valve(13) installed on the system control valve to pack the pressure reacting to the boom cylinder only up to a certain pressure in the accumulator and to absorb the shock by the accumulator when the system is operated,
