PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating composition having sufficiently long pot-life and excellent corrosion-protecting property and weather resistance by including a polyisocyanate component, a polyaspartic acid ester, or the like, at specific ratios. SOLUTION: The objective composition contains (A) 25-50 wt.% of a polyisocyanate component, (B) 5-20 wt.% of one or more kinds of polyamines corresponding to formula I [X is an n-valent group produced by removing a primary amino group from an organic polyamine having a number-average molecular weight of 88-400, containing n-primary amino groups bonded to a (cyclo) aliphatic group and inert to isocyanate group; R1 and R2 are each a 1-18C organic group; (n) is >=2], (C) 10-30 wt.% of one or more kinds of compound having a number-average molecular weight of 112-600 and corresponding to formula II [R3 and R4 are each H or a 1-18C organic group; Z is an m-valent group produced by removing primary amino group from an organic polyamine; (m) is >=2], (D) 0.1-5.0 wt.% of an acetal corresponding to formula III (R5 and R6 are each H or a 1-18C organic group; Y is a 1-8C bivalent organic group), (E) 0.1-5.0 wt.% of castor oil, (F) 0.1-10.0 wt.% of an organic solvent and (G) 15-35 wt.% of a pigment.
