APPARATUS FOR DETECTING DRUM HOLE ERROR OF A VIDEO CASSETTE RECORDER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting drum hole error is provided to detect processing error of a drum hole during a remaining period of time between drum supply and discharge and to simplify the construction of the badness detecting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The drum hole error detecting apparatus comprises: a base(10) having a column(10a) projected toward a top direction of a center; a switch holder(12) disposed at a top side of the column(10a) of the base(10) and having a detection switch(14) which is disposed at one end of the switch holder(12); a connection shaft(15) installed at the switch holder(122) and being elastically switchable into up and down directions on the basis of the switch holder(12); a plate(18) installed at a top side of the connection shaft(16) and having a plurality of detection pins(18a) which traverse a processing hole(24a) of the drum(24) when the drum(24) is safely attached; and a detection unit(20) installed at a lower side of the connection shaft(16), for detecting a hole processing error, wherein the detection unit(20) operates with the plate(18) at the same time and goes down according to a drop of the plate(18) at hole processing error.
