PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide smooth conveyance for articles even if a driving command is a just sine waveform by fixing one of a primary and secondary sides of a linear motor to a diagonally oscillatably-supported frame so that a plurality of magnetic poles may be aligned diagonally, and supporting the other one to the frame by a spring. SOLUTION: A straight trough 1 is suspended in a building H by an oscillation-proof coil spring 2 and a frame 3 formed so that the front and rear supporting wall parts 3c, 3b may be connected by a connecting part 3a may be fixed to the bottom of the trough 1. The frame 3 is disposed so that the trough 1 may be oscillated at an inclined angle to the horizontal. A plurality of magnetic poles 17 as the secondary side are mounted on the connecting part 3a at prescribed intervals and a primary 18 which integrates coils U, V, W is disposed so as to move on the secondary 17 using wheels 18a. A primary side 18 and an inertial body 30 are connected by a connecting body 20 and springs 5a, 5b are mounted between the primary side 18 and the supporting wall parts 3c, 3b.
