<p>PURPOSE: To determine alleles of respective loci containing in complex by reacting once, a method and material for amplifying different polymorphic short tandem repeat loci of male and female simultaneously using amplifying system, are provided. This technique and several sequences of primer are novel. CONSTITUTION: A complex amplifying method of short tandem repeat loci comprises the steps of (1) obtaining 1 or more DNA sample to be analyzed, (2) selecting loci set having 4 or more co-amplified short tandem repeat loci from the DNA sample, wherein loci more than 4 are selected from the group shown in the specification, (3) co-amplifying the loci set in a complex amplifying reaction, wherein the product is a mixture of alleles amplified from the respective loci co-amplified in the loci set, and (4) evaluating amplified alleles in the mixture to determine an analyzed allele which exists in the respective loci from the loci set in the DNA sample.</p> |
