PURPOSE: Oxazolidine derivative as an effective thrombocyte cohesion inhibitor is prepared. It is also useful in curing diseases caused from thromboembolism and cancer. CONSTITUTION: The reaction method counts on the reaction formula 1. "Cyclized synthetic monomer", the intermediate product, is the following materials; phosgene class like diphosgene, triphosgene and thiophosgene, cyanogene class like bromocyanogene or chlorocyanogene, ester class like carbonic dimethylethyl or diphenyl ester, N,N-dimethyl formamide or so on. MN3 is methyl azide especially such as lithuim or sodium azide. TMSN3 means trimethylsilylazide.
