PURPOSE: A carbon monoxide and hydrogen manufacturing method from gas mixture is provided to reduce the investment cost by not installing any additional cooling device. CONSTITUTION: The carbon monoxide and hydrogen manufacturing method from gas mixture comprises the steps of:cooling a gas mixture(2); dividing a condensed part out of the first phase divider(A); delivering the condensed portion to the first stripping column(B); delivering one part of head gas to the second heat exchanger(K) from the first stripping column, and forming two-phase fluids by condensing partly; dividing two-phase fluids into the condensed part and non-condensed part that mainly has hydrogen in the second phase divider(H); and delivering more than one portion of the condensed part to the second stripping column(I).
