PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which is resistant to forming gels in molding at high temperature and to corrosion of molding machines by incorporating specific amounts of aluminum, a phenol-based stabilizer and a metal salt of a fatty acid into a polyolefin. SOLUTION: A composition contains a polyolefin, 1-200 ppm in terms of aluminum, of hydrotalcite of the formula: M1-xAlx(OH)2(An-)x/n.mH2O 50-1000 ppm of a phenol-based stabilizer such as 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol and 50-2000 ppm of a metal salt of a higher fatty acid such as magnesium stearate. Furthermore, the content X of the phenol-based stabilizer and the content Y of the metal salt of the fatty acid satisfy the relationships: X+Y<=3000 ppm and X/Y<=3. As the polyolefin, polyethylenes having an MFR of 10-50 g/10 min and a density of 0.89-0.97 and the like are used. In the formula, M is Mg, Ca or Zn; An- is an n-valent anion, Cl, SO42-, CO32- or the like; 0<x<0.5; and 0<=m<=2.
