PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade occurrence of a curl of a label by sequentially laminating at least a base material film layer, a functional layer and a heat sealable resin layer, and regulating an adhesive strength of a surface of an in-mold labeling molded container in a specific range, thereby adapting to dealing with an environment. SOLUTION: At least a base material film layer 2, a functional layer 3 and a heat sealable resin layer 4 are sequentially laminated. Further, an adhesive strength of the layer 4 to a surface of an in-mold label molded container is regulated to a range of 150 to 800 g/15 mm width, and the layer 4 is constituted of a resin layer 4a having adhesive properties with the surface of the container and releasability from the surface of the container. As materials for forming the layer 2 and the layer 4, materials of the same material and high rigidity are used. Thus, occurrence of a curl of a label according to a temperature change, blocking or the like can be prevented.
