PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition to be uniformly compatibilized and not to cause undesirable phenomena to a molding equipment by compounding a fluororesin, an inorganic additive, and a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane compound. SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a fluororesin, a reforcing agent such as glass fiber and the like, 0.01-50 wt.% of an inorganic filler such as molybdenium disulfide or an inorganic pigment such as titanium oxide, and 0.001-10 wt.% of a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane having a fluorine- containing organic group bonded to a silicon atom. As the fluororesin, use is made of an ethylene tetrafluoride-ethylene copolymer, an ethylene tetrafluoride-propylene hexafluoricde copolymer, a perfluoride copolymer, a perfluoroalkoxyethylene-ethylene tetrafluoride copolymer or the like. The fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane compound is represented by the formula and has a fluorine content of 15-90 wt.% and a mol.wt. 103-106. In the formula, Rf is a polyfluoroalkyl group, Q is a 1-8C alkylene group and the like; q>0; r>1; 5<=q+r<=1400 and the like.
