PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce the warpage of a finished product in manufacturing by imparting a flexural deformation forcibly so that the face of a decorative material becomes convex and consequently keeping a thermally contracted sheet in a prepreg state stretched permanently. SOLUTION: A sheet 2 obtained by impregnating a sheet base 4 such as a woven fabric or an unwoven fabric with a thermoplastic resin or a half-cured heat-setting resin, is superposed on a bed plate 1 and at the same time, a decorative material 3 is stacked on the sheet 2, as a step of this method for manufacturing the decorative finish board. In addition, a step to thermally press the sheet 2 sandwiched between the bed plate 1 and the decorative material 3 and bond these three with each other and a step to forcibly impart a flexural deformation to the thermally pressed laminate so that the face of the decorative material 3 becomes convex after thermal pressing and leave the laminate as it is flexural-deformed for a specified period of time, are provided.
