PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a main body size at the time of housing and to facilitate the operation of temperature adjustment. SOLUTION: A one side device body is provided with a one side plate 33a, a one side heater 1, a one side heat shielding plate 2 and a one side body 5, the other side device body is provided with the other side plate 33b, the other side heater 8, the other side heat shielding plate 9 and the other side body 11 and the one side device body and the other side device body are connected so as to be freely folded into two by providing both device bodies with hinge constitution. The one side device body is provided with a temperature sensor 17 for sensing the temperature of the one side plate and a temperature adjustment mechanism for controlling the energizing of the one side heater 1 by the temperature sensor 17 and setting the temperature of the one side plate 33a. Then, in the other side device body, the other side heater 8 is energized linked with the control of the energizing of the one side heater 1 and the energizing of the other side heater 8 is stopped when the temperature of the other side plate 33b rises to a high temperature.
