摘要 PURPOSE: In case that distribution among metal particles in catalyst is large, gel particles in a polyethylene film are reduced. The gel particles are formed because of high molecular weight polymer component which has substantially higher molecular weight than peripheral matrix, but such gel formation should be prevented because the gel in the polyethylene film prevents film producing process and lowers film strength and quality grade of the film. CONSTITUTION: To solve the problems, bimetal catalyst compositions are produced by following method. Precursors contain over 2 classes transition metal, and metallocene complex is raw material for 1 class of the 2 classes transition metal. The precursors are produced by a single reactor producing process which sequentially contacts dialkyl magnesium compound, aliphatic alcohol, non-metallocene transition metal compound, contact product of metallocene complex and trialkyl aluminum compound, and allumoxane, with porous carrier.
