PURPOSE: A telephone is provided to improve an automatic calling function. CONSTITUTION: A telephone comprises an automatic calling device. A memory of the automatic calling device has specific fields for defining a local character and an international character of a communication, a prefix of a telephone number of the other party called by a user, and an incoming receiver number. A calling is determined after searching the fields. The memory further comprises an extra storing region for performing code conversion, which is capable of performing between the characters of a first field and a nation code of the incoming receiver, or prefixes related to the nation.
