BEAD INDUCTOR AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A bead inductor fabrication method is provided to improve a reliability of a connection between a solid coil and an external terminal. CONSTITUTION: The bead inductor fabrication method comprises the steps of: forming at least one shaping body(7) by use of a resin or a rubber which contains a magnetic powder, wherein a solid coil(5) is inserted in the shaping body; cutting both sides of the shaping body(7) to expose a sectional plane of the solid coil(5); forming a convex part(8a, 8b) on the sectional plane(5a, 5b) of the solid coil(5) exposed by the cutting step; and attaching the convex part(8a, 8b) to an external terminal so as to be electrically connected to each other.
