PURPOSE: A polyester fibrous material processing method is provided to efficiently protect the dyed fibrous material from the ultraviolet rays when the polyester fibrous material is used for a motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polyester fibrous material stabilizing method comprises of the processing by the chemical compound of the chemical formula 1 to promote the fastness to the light and the heat of the polyester fiber. The amount of the material used for the chemical formula 1 is 0.01-5 wt% of the weight of the fibrous material. R1 of the chemical formula 1 refers C1-C4 alkyl.
