<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, compact and light weight non-excited actuation type electromagnetic brake by simplifying a structure wherein a release layer is oscillatably supported with an electromagnetic brake. SOLUTION: A release lever 10 is provided with, a horseshoe shaped driving part 10a provided in between a side plate 4 and an armature 5 on the outside of a brake disk 6, and an operation base 10b extending from the center to the outside of the driving part 10a. On the driving part 10a, a support part 10c loosely engaged with a loosely engaged part of a side plate 4, a fulcrum 10d abut on the side surface of the side plate 4, and a pressing part 10e abut against the side surface of the armature 5, are formed in that order in the direction from the operation base 10b side to each tip, and also a guide groove loosely engaging with a stud bolt 3 is formed in the inside of the center. By rotating the release lever 10, the armature 5 is moved toward a field core 1 side, thereby releasing the braking of the brake disk 6.</p> |
