PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save required storage capacity and to have integrating operation work efficiency improved. SOLUTION: When cost for each work in an entrepreneur composed of plural works are calculated by using a data base, the data base is composed of a relational database 14, which has an equation table 18 that stores an equation for calculating the costs of the work concerned for each work, a question table 15 for storing a question for each item, an answer table 16 for storing plural answers for each question set in the question table, and a coefficient table 19 for storing plural coefficients corresponding to each of the answers to the questions. Then, a relational database retrieval instruction is prepared, this relational data base is retrieved, and the cost of the work is calculated using the equation. |
