PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deformation after mechanical work and soldering/heating by applying an aluminum radical fabric composite material with a thermal process for heating at specific temperature for at least specified period, for removing a remaining distortion. SOLUTION: An aluminum radical fabric composite material comprising an accumulated remaining distortion which is manufactured by a molten bath impregnation method or powder baking method, etc., is applied with a specified thermal process, where a heating is made for removing a remaining distortion at 200-550 deg.C for at least 30 minutes. A remaining distortion is not sufficiently removed when a heating temperature is below 200 deg.C or shorter than 30 minutes while above 500 deg.C, the effect saturates, and an aluminum matrix may locally melt. The thermal process temperature zone of 200-550 deg.C is roughly a re- crystallization zone, and the remaining distortion is released due to plastic deformation of matrix. Thus, a composite material without remaining distortion is provided, and a good plainness with no actual problem is maintained without deformation. |
