PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise visible ray transmissivity by setting a rate of opening area of a laminated film obtained, by integrally arranging metal wires each having a specific diameter in one direction on a transparent film to a specific value or more. SOLUTION: Metal wires 2 are arranged in one direction at a predetermined interval on one surface of a transparent film 1. As the film 1, a polyester resin, a urethane resin or the like is used, and at least one surface side is a multilayer structure film made of a thermoplastic resin. As the wire 2, a wire having a diameter of 50μm or less is used. As its metal, stainless steel, copper or the like is used. In this case, its rate of opening area is set to 70% or more. Thus, a transmitted light quantity is increased, and performance of the transparent film can be enhanced.
