PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility of a system by eliminating the labor and cost required for reloading a source program in the case of changing the processing of a software agent. SOLUTION: Based on the change contents of an progress object software agent 13 stored in a source code/code block data base 21 inside a storage device 2, a source code change software agent 15 forms a source code, in which an insertion enable area, deletion enable area or replacement enable area in the source code is changed, and afterwards, a compiler software agent 14 compiles the formed software agent and changes the progress object software agent. Afterwards, an agent server 11 adds an ID before the change to the changed progress object software agent 13.
