<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving method improved in line quality and secrecy while shortening time for communication, device for executing the above method and record medium readable for a computer. SOLUTION: A transaction file in a small size having the transmission summary of an archive file having a large size, high importance and secrecy is transmitted from a client computer 101 through an internet line 201 to a server computer 301. After the internet line 201 is disconnected, the archive file is transmitted from the client computer 101 through a dial-up line 202 for directly dialing up and connecting the server computer 301.</p> |
