摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuous transmission of data while assigning a communication channel to a new call under multi-address data transmission by using an individual control channel as a multi-address data channel when there is a broadcasting request and all communication channels are occupied while it is not under multi-address communication. SOLUTION: When the broadcasting request on the side of a network is received by a broadcasting information reception part 20 of a base station 2, whether it is under broadcasting or not is investigated and in the case of NO, a channel use rate is inquired to a communication channel use rate collecting part 24 through a broadcasting processing control part 21. When there is the broadcasting request in the state of use rate of 100%, the usable amount of outgoing short codes for SDCCH is detected and when the amount of broadcasting data is more than this amount, broadcasting is held until the idle communication channel use rate gets lower than 100%. When the broadcasting data amount is less than the usable amount, the capture of outgoing SC for SDCCH is requested to an outgoing SC managing part 23 for SDCCH, the required SC is captured and an informative information transmission part 29 originates a call on a BCCH by radio through the broadcasting processing control part 21 and a broadcasting data storage part 26.</p>
