PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly execute a procedure for settling plural fixed accounts to a new fixed account by one time of operation on a screen by displaying all the fixed accounts of a customer on the screen, selecting the fixed accounts required to be settled, designating a period for a new fixed account and settling those fixed accounts to the new fixed account. SOLUTION: A customer selects fixed accounts to be settled by understanding an operation procedure according to an operation explanatory words 165 and pressing a fixed account selection button 166 on a selection screen 160 of the fixed accounts to be settled. Then, the selected fixed accounts are clarified to the customer. At the time of ending the selection, the customer presses a confirmation button 164 and then, communicates with a host computer. Then, the customer confirms the settlement period and further, confirms a period and the rate of interest after the settlement. Then, the customer confirms the fixed accounts to be settled again, finally confirms the content of the fixed account after the settlement and then, communicates with the host computer.
