PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a betting system prepared for dealing with winning horse betting tickets in publicly-managed gambling and effective for power saving, resource saving and crime prevention in the management of publically-managed gambling by providing the system with an I/O enabled computer system capable of totalizing betting data or the like from respective attended betting machines, processing data related to games and communicating with a host computer. SOLUTION: This attended betting system 1 is provided with plural betting device groups 2a, 2b and a computer system 3. A server CPU 11 in the system 3 executes the transmission/reception of normal issue/payment data, depending up communication with a master HOST-CPU, communication management with slave CPUs, the collation management of IC card data, and so on. Each attended betting machine 5 is provided with an IC card reading/writing function, a betting amount setting function, a communication function with a betting machine management CPU, and so on. Consequently paperless winning horse betting can be realized without issuing winning horse betting tickets or the like and game results can be quickly totalized in a power saved state. |
