PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive terminal which does not need a moving image codec or a video camera by saving a band which was needed for moving image data transmission, with regard to a video conference system. SOLUTION: This device is a video conference system realized by a public line, such as an ISDN or a network such as a LAN. It is a system which has its own television terminal 20 side of a reception terminal side display a face display, corresponding to a facing video conference terminal loudspeaker 1 on a display 27 as a still image, has a voice recognition part 25 analyze and extract vowel information from conversation voices transmitted from the loudspeaker 1 and has a mouth display of this displayed face display transform, in accordance with the vowel information. |
