COLOR SPACE AND COLOR CHART OR COLOR PICKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color space which can be suitably used for color management by unifying recognizable brightness on the same horizontal cross-section by making all brightness based on the human visual sense of almost the same for colors appearing on the horizontal cross-section of the color space. SOLUTION: In a first color space 10, brightness moving from the highest brightness to the lowest brightness is indicated on a central axis connecting two vertexes 11 and 12. Also, saturation is indicated from the central axis toward the outside and the highest saturated color is arranged on the circumference of a circle which is the furthest from the central axis to make it a hue circle 13. A color indicated in the hue circuit 13 is moved to an arrow A1 direction to pertinent brightness height according to brightness based on a visual sense of each color. Each moved color is connected with the two vertexes 11 and 12 so that a second color spaced 20 can be obtained. One part of the hue is compressed or extended to an arrow A2 direction to be corrected and the cross-section is shaped like a lozenge so that the second color space 20 is shaped like the bead of an abacus. Thus, a color space can be formed.
