PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control switch for an automatic transmission having the base of a housing of high electric characteristics, high flame resistance, and preventing the generation of electric fire. SOLUTION: A base 3 is constituted with a primary molding body 3A formed by insert molding a plurality of conductors 7... having a fixed contact at each end and a secondary molding body 3B in which a base side part and an outer shell of a bearing part 5 and a connector part 20 are formed by secondary molding by inserting the primary molding 3A. The primary molding body 3A is molded with a resin material containing olefin base resin in PBT in order to enhance arc resistance and tracking resistance, and the secondary molding body 3B is molded with a resin material containing epoxy base resin in PBT in order to enhance flame resistance.
