PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article provided with a contact causing no defective contact and a battery case using this contact. SOLUTION: A contact 13 is provided with a contact piece 3 made of an elongated elastic conductor, and the contact piece 3 is provided with a contact end part 6 and a fixed part positioned apart from the contact end part 6. The fixed part is fixed to a fixing part in a supporting component, while the contact end part 6 is supported in the supporting part of the supporting component movably toward the fixed part by a minimal distance, and the intermediate part between the fixed part and the contact end part 6 can be bent slightly. |
