PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fire announcement system for quickly performing the connecting work of fire-preventing terminal equipment by displaying only the data on necessary fire-preventing terminal equipment on a fire receiver. SOLUTION: A fire receiver 1 is provided with a display means 12a for sequentially and automatically scroll-displaying signals received from fire- preventing terminal equipment, a first display operating means 11a to be operated for temporarily deleting the signals automatically scroll-displayed on the display means 12a, a storage means 13a for storing the temporarily deleted signals when the signals automatically scroll-displayed on the display means 12a are temporarily deleted by operating the first display operating means 11a, and a second display operating means 11b to be operated for re-displaying the signals stored in the storing means 13a on the display means 12a.
