PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vehicle-testing device with simple structure where a measuring roller for placing a vehicle to be measured is connected to a hydraulic motor and the vehicle is tested by hydraulic control. SOLUTION: A pair of measuring rollers 2A and 2B for placing left and right wheels 35a and 35b, respectively, of a vehicle to be measured are provided. The measuring rollers 2A and 2B constitute a set of forward and backward roller pairs 3a/3b and 6a/6b. One of each roller pairs 3a/3b and 6a/6b is connected to either of first and second hydraulic motors 4 and 5, thus constituting a body part A. Further, the first and second hydraulic motors 4 and 5 are connected to a hydraulic control part B, thus executing at least one of the damping force test, speed test, and load driving test of the vehicle.
