PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange for a hotel that is connected to an incoming call from a specific caller through a trunk line to a guest of the hotel without interposing an operator of an attendant board in the case that the guest of the hotel permits only the incoming call from the specific caller. SOLUTION: A host computer 20 is connected to a PBX 10 having a caller number storage memory 12. The host computer 20 replies to check in/check out of a hotel guest, each guest after check-in decides how to control an external call, and the computer 20 connects permitted calls to each guest and deletes or erases the limited data after check-out. Furthermore, a voice response device 30 having a caller number storage memory 32 can confirm it.
