If the operation continuation time is within a specified time T1, and an output voltage value VPV of a solar cell PV is made larger than a specific second voltage value V2 and at the same time is made smaller than a specific first voltage value V1, so that the inverter circuit 20 is stopped, and a control circuit part 70 keeps a first switch 50 closed.
