PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a bus when performing exclusive control to a shared memory. SOLUTION: When an instruction to update information stored in a memory part 12 is issued at processors 1-1 to 1-n, at a control part 22, it is detected whether the memory address of information to be updated is stored in an address storage part 21 or not and only when this memory address is not stored in the address storage part 21, the read of prescribed information is performed to the memory part 12. At an arithmetic part 23, operation is performed based on this instruction and the arithmetic result is stored in the memory part 12 and reported to the processor which issues the instruction.
