PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize transfer connection without depending on an incoming call side. SOLUTION: A table 10 showing the corresponding relation between a reason display value and transfer destination information is provided for a calling side private exchange. The table 10 is referred to based on the reason display value in a cut message transmitted since an opposite party is busy, and a transfer destination is detected. At the time of recalling, detected transfer destination information is set as opposite party information so as to realize transfer.
