PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a fixing device, to enhance productivity of the device and also to enhance the degree of freedom of the design of the device by forming a medium mounting part including a part which is to be abutted on the medium being on a turntable mounting an optical disk with resin. SOLUTION: There is a chucking part 121 at the center part of a turntable 120 to rotate an inserted optical disk according to the rotation of a motor shaft by engaging with the hole part of the inserted optical disk. A disk receiving surface 123 has a disk supporting surface 123a, which supports the optical disk by abutting on the disk surface of the disk. The disk supporting surface 123a is formed with resin as one part of a disk receiving part main body 123b. Simultaneously with this time, the disk receiving surface 123 is integrally molded by insertingly molding a metallic plate 123c. Thus, even when the size or the thickness of the metallic plate 123c is to be corrected from necessity such as to compensate a resonance characteristic in the rotation of the optical disk the like, the correcting of the resin molding die is not needed and also there is no fear impairing the accuracy of the disk receiving surface 123.
