<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform synchronous supply without defective articles while wedging lot products into articles in a production line where synchronous production and synchronous supply are performed. SOLUTION: Parts for a local plant which require synchronous supply are allotted most preferentially; and for example, if parts for the local plant have become defective articles on the way of production, the same parts allotted and produced for another plant are temporarily lotted to parts for the local plant. That is, if a defective article will be caused in parts of a parts classification 'A' for the local plant, parts of the parts classification 'A' produced for SV(service parts)/KD(knockdown parts) placed in the fourth place are forcibly changed from 'Δ' to 'Ο', namely, parts of the parts classification 'A' for the local plant. Since the destination of each parts is distinct when parts are stored in a work arranging and shipping device, the lane control at its exit is performed based on this destination.</p> |
