PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offset or attenuate reactive force generated by the radiating emission force of an air in a duct by fitting and fixing a bending duct which consists of plural ducts on a duct opening port dug at least on a side plate composing six surfaces of a box. SOLUTION: Both edges of a first duct 18 have opening ports 18a and 18b. A second duct 19 is joined in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction of this first duct 18 or at an inclining position. This bending duct is fitted to a periphery of the opening port 18a of the first duct 18 and is fixed in a hole (a square hole) 22 dug on a front side plate 2F. Thus, by accompanying to a sound pressure fluctuation in a space at the time of sound radiation of a speaker 3, an air flowing out of an opening port of the second duct 19 flows into the opening port 18b of the first duct 18 and is radiated outside a speaker box 2 from the opening port 18a. Therefore, the lightweight speaker box 2 does not receive reactive force at the time of sound radiation at the duct part.
