PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the radio system where a terminal can make emergency operation with high reliability in the case that a fault takes place in a plant device. SOLUTION: A terminal 1 transmits a normal operation command received by its own terminal 1 to a base station for a communication time assigned to each radio terminal 1 by the base station and the base station receiving the command gives the command to a controller 11. The controller 11 stores once the command to a storage area 2 and activates an input command 5a or a disconnection command 5b via corresponding I/O areas 4a-4n when a command number added to the command corresponds to any of operation devices 1-n. On the other hand, when is own terminal 1 receives an emergency operation command, the terminal 1 checks antenna power and confirms no communication from other stations, then the terminal 1 transmits the emergency operation command through interruption. When the command number of the received command indicates an emergency operation, the controller 11 collates the command number with a command number 3a of an emergency operation database 3 and outputs the emergency operation command to one or plurality of object devices that are set. An OR output between the emergency operation and the normal operation forcibly stops the devices.
