PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an optical disk device of a simple composition with a stable and high reliability permitting to perform track jumping and focal jumping without the occurrence of off-track and defocusing in the state of decentering and wobbling of surface. SOLUTION: This disk device is constituted of a disk rotational frequency component storage circuit 16, which stores the rotational angle of an optical disk by making it correspond to decentering and wobbling component of the surface by using a rotational phase detection signal which is proportional to the rotational phase of an optical disk 1. At jumping, the device is configured so as to fetch the stored information from the disk rotational frequency component storage circuit 16 in accordance with the rotational angle of the optical disk, and add the information to the jump signal and drive the actuator 3 with the summed signal.
