PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or restrain the peeling of a thermistor from a base plate by increasing the adhesive strength of the thermistor to the base plate. SOLUTION: This heater is equipped with the base plate 1 consisting of heat resistant electric insulating material; a film-state resistance heating element 2 formed on the base plate 1; a pair of film-state wiring conductors 5a and 5b juxtaposed on the base plate 1; the thermistor 7 having a pair of electrode 7c and 7d fixed on the wiring conductor with conductive adhesive; and polyimide resin 9a to 9c applied to the thermistor and heated in an already imide state so as to fix the thermistor on the base plate to be polymerized.
