PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a height dimension by installing one end part of an iron core and a yoke fixed in the other end part to a housing recess, in which a coil block is formed in a first base, forming a guiding recess part in an attraction face edge of the yoke, and forming a guide which positions the yoke in the guiding recess without protruding beyond the yoke attraction face. SOLUTION: In a hinge spring, the upper end part is inserted into a first recess 16 while the lower end part is inserted into a second recess 17. As a press-fitted swelling part of the hinge spring is brought into pressure contact with an upper inside face of the first recess 16, positioning in the vertical direction is carried out. When a press-fitted projection in the lower end part is forcibly inserted into the second recess 17 and one side face is allowed to abut to an insulating wall side inside wall, positioning in the plate thickness direction can be carried out. In a yoke, the lower edge and the side edge thinned by a guiding recess are supported by means of a press-fitting groove 24 and a contact part 25, and a projection on the upper face of an iron core is guided into a guide groove 28.
