摘要 The present invention pertains to the field of air transport and more precisely to that of heavy airplanes and hydrofoils in which the vortex trail of the wing must be reduced. This device for reducing the vortex trail of a high-lift wing comprises a trapezoidal or triangular flap arranged in the vicinity of the end section of the wing. This device also includes various types of aerodynamic surfaces arranged at the rear of the trailing edge of the wing, and (or) various types of high-lift members arranged in the area where the end vortices are generated. The flap and the aerodynamic surfaces may be perforated and (or) may have dented edges. The geometrical parameters of the different variants of this device are also determined. The operation of this device is based on the target action applied during the formation of the structure of the vortex system of the high-lift wing, as well as on a faster diffusion and a faster dissipation of the separate vortices of the system.
