The roll piston pump has head endface profiles of different widths for the two working pistons. The wider head is for the control of the outlet on the ejection side of the twin-cylinder casing, taken through as far as the edge. The supply chambers are connected by a controlled channel. Safety valve are fitted to prevent over-compression.
