FIELD: photodynamic therapy. SUBSTANCE: light diffuser includes optical waveguide from which far end sheath is removed in active region. In active region of core with removed sheath there are provided means for optical separation of core from substance carrying diffusing particles and for holding of core optically separated from substance carrying diffusing particles to far end of active region.
