<p>In this machine intended to wrap products with an extensible film, the article (1), when entering the machine, passes in front of a barrier (18) which detects its dimensions and sends them to a microprocessor which controls all the movements of the machine, positioning in an appropriate manner the article (1) at the appropriate location of an elevator (3); the stroke of the traction tong (17) is controlled in order to extract and take a predetermined length of film (4), according to the size of the article (1), the stroke or displacement of the lateral tongs (19) being also controlled in order to stretch the film in the transverse direction, controlling at the same time the activation and deactivation of the supply bobbin brake and the movements of the folding blades in relation to the article to be wrapped and the film used in order to obtain a homogeneous wrapping with the optimum film quantity.</p> |
