KIT OF DRUG-CONTAINING PREPARATION TO BE PREPARED BEFORE USING AND RESOLVENT THEREFOR

A kit of a drug-containing preparation to be prepared before using which has as constituents thereof a drug and fine granular preparation having an average grain size of 100 nm or less; and a kit to be prepared before using in which no insoluble foreign matter is formed and the presence of any insoluble foreign matter can be observed with the naked eye, thus achieving a high safety, owing to a resolvent for a drug comprising a fine granular preparation having an average grain size of 100 nm or less. Namely, a drug-containing preparation prepared from the above kit is safely applicable to injections, etc., since no insoluble foreign matter is formed therein. Moreover, the drug-containing preparation has a low turbidity so that the presence of any insoluble foreign matter therein can be easily confirmed with the naked eye, thereby achieving an improved stability. The resolvent and the kit are applicable to drugs which show only a poor storage stability in the conventional fine granular preparations and those which can be hardly processed into fine granular preparations. Moreover, drugs can be administered at physiological pH value thereby.
