PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear holder having a simple structure with which a document can be easily inserted or removed, storing of the document is secured, and a careless drop is prevented. SOLUTION: One sheet is folded and superposed, adjacent two sides to a folded part 4 are formed as a seal 5 and a seal 6 by fusion bonding or the like, the residual one side is formed as an open part 7 of a document insertion port. Further, a cutout 8 is provided at a part of the seal 5 for facilitating insertion and removal of the document.
